I understand that the grooming procedures may include the use of grooming tools, clippers, scissors and other equipment. While your groomer takes the upmost care, there is a minimal risk associated with grooming including, cuts, nicks or skin irritation. Matt removal can uncover skin irritations or lead to such conditions as Aural Hematoma's. I confirm that my pet is in good health, up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases. The groomer reserves the right to refuse service.*
